Þorsteinn Haraldsson is a former chairman of the Association of Certified Public Accountants in Iceland. 

Working for the Director of Tax Investigations, he exposed unlawful activity which was ignored at every stage including the Minister of Finance and the Parliamentary Ombudsman. 

His wrongful dismissal by the authorities was struck down by the Supreme Court of Iceland. The book presents the key documents of his case.
